We’re quickly becoming fanboys, fangirls, and fan-they/thems of food writer @reeniekarimfrom Next Level Chef, especially with the way she uses one of our favorite magic ingredients – pasta water. World Chef fans know it was essential in Stanley Tucci’s meal kit mega-hit Gnochetti Sardi, and it’s what makes Karim’s No-Vodka “Vodka” Pasta so velvety and slurpable. Gordon Ramsay loved it. Period.
