Chimichurri is a fantastic dip to have in your backpocket because it comes together in no time and is extremely versatile. Chef Manoushka Guerrier shares her recipe and other ways to utilize this zesty sauce.
Ingredients

1 ½ cups fresh parsley

½ cup fresh cilantro

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp lemon zest
-
2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp kosher salt
-
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a blender or food processor, add all of your ingredients. Pulse until they start to break down and combine.
Make sure to wipe down the sides if there are any large chunks of herbs
Use your sauce as a marinade for meat, as a dipping sauce, on bread… okay now we’re hungry.
